What’s up Church!? I apologize for the delay on sending out studies but God is doing some great things behind the scenes for all of us! Everyone has been in a bit of a lull state lately and I just want to tell you to continue to press into the kingdom with all of your might for the reward that is coming very soon is upon us!
You know, in life we sometimes wonder why we struggle with impure thoughts and random bouts of sadness and depression. Maybe even agression, anger and wrath. The truth is that our flesh (body) is weak in comparison to spiritual things (Matthew 26:41)
We are human just as Adam, Eve, Moses, David, Solomon, Peter, and Paul we’re all human and guess what!? God says that David was a man after His own heart (1 Samuel 13:14). Do you not know that its recorded in The Bible that David not only set his neighbors husband up to be killed but also took his wife as his own once he did??? Adultery, murder and malaciousness. Human
Moses murdered but led the children of Israel into the promised land when chosen by God to do so, did you know he studdered also?
Adam and Eve comitted the 1st sin…
Paul actually persecuted and murdered Christians as a Pharisee and once God got a hold of him ended up writing the majority of the New Testament FROM PRISON
It’s easy to get down on ourselves because our mind is the abode for many things and the truth is, most of us have suffered some very traumadic experiences in life causing us to have a very skewed sense of reality and self worth.
Thats why here at Mountains and Valleys Missionary Church we touch on the real questions and the real issues that people suffer from, offering a path of not only enlightenment, exposing these works of the devil but also offering a workable solution for those who shall endure until the end and fight the good fight.
God has chosen us to revive the Church and revival is coming from within the system! We are kings and priests, a chosen and peculiar people (1 Peter 2:9).
Were not supposed to fit in, were called to lead and lead we will. We set the bar as God confirms our works with signs and wonders (Romans 12:2). Making it undeniable that He is the one true God and the Living God. Our Hope, our Strength, our Provider and our Healer.
When we are weak, He is strong in us (2 Corinthians 12:10) because once the flesh is out of the way He has open reign to operate at the potential that He desires. Have you ever wondered why when your sad, depressed or sick that you think mainly about your lifes purpose and the mistakes that you’ve made? Its no coincidence…
So as we endure our daily struggles we are growing. We are becoming more patient in tribulation and stronger in our spirits (Romans 5:3–4). The Bible says to count it all joy! Man, what a delima…
Why would I count it all joy when I fall into a temptation? Its tough… But we see that The Word says that it builds patience, and we aren’t very patient now, are we? We want everything right now!
So I want to ask everyone a question: Why did you decide to give your hearts to God?
Was it because you were tired of living a certain way? Because you felt empty? Because Grandma said you should do it? But for real, why did you make that decision? Have you ever thought about it?
Me myself, after serving a juvenile life sentence and only being out three months before I came back, I had had enough… I knew nothing more than hustling, robbing, stealing, partying, and resentment. I was angry because I didn’t have a family, I loathed those around me because they were all either soft or scary, and I didnt care if I lived or died.
In my heart I knew that there had to be a better way for me to live. Why did I keep ending up in jail? Well my brothers and sisters (say hello to our new members in Alto, Ga Church!) That question was only the beginning and God not only showed up but showed out in my life since then. That was about 22 years ago…
Man what a ride since! And you know what!? Ive always landed on my feet since that day that I asked Jesus to come into my heart and lead me. God placed people in my life to take me to that next step EVERY TIME and He is now doing the same for you!
He has taken me from homeless to greatness. Blessed me with businesses, people who truly have my best of interest at heart, and a wonderful life. There are blessings upon blessings everywhere I turn but God had to open my spiritual eyes that I may see and comprehend them. He will and is doimg the same for you. He has blessed me with stability, abundance and now a Church! Our followers are growimg day by day and it amazes me how God is doing it. He is doing it just as He does everything else in our lives: in a way that we would never expect!
God says that His thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways not our ways (Isaiah 55:8–9 ). Timeless classics on success such as Think and Grow Rich, the Master Key System amd Dr. Joe Dispenzas Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself all agree on 1 key point even though they were published 100 years apart, and that point is this:
Envision the life you desire to lead and the way you desire to be (in life), concentrate on that, see it, feel it, never let it go amd DO NOT WORRY ABOUT HOW IT WILL COME TO BE and begin to enjoy the fruits of your creations!
And remember this, and in the beginning God said, let there be…….. AND IT WAS
Never deny your spiritual ability Church, we are also creators….
So let’s lay hold of that patience that those temptations give us and lets patiently wait in earnest expectation for the reward of our efforts. Creating our destinies and no longer falling victim to fate.
